and the pps, THE CAPPER was designed for you. Save a fortune
on printed past performances. The Capper contains a modern
past performance generator, which prints out pps in a format
similar to that which we're all used to. And you'll have
access to every thoroughbred track running in North America,
not just the few local and simulcast tracks you get in your
local edition.

When you buy a mutuel ticket, you're buying a chance at a
payoff. Only by betting overlays, horses going off at odds
higher than they should be, can you make a profit in the

rarely win unless they're getting heavy toteboard action. At

spot play of your design. You design a spot play of your
choice which targets a certain type of horse in a certain
type of race. You can include up to seven total conditions.

There is sometimes some give-and-take
until we nail down definite programmable rules for your spot
play.) Integrated into THE CAPPER, you'll also
get a report which continually tracks your spot play and
analyzes it by breaking it down into a bunch of
subcategories with statistics such as win% and ROI for each
subcategory.
